Kitasenju1 House is located in the eastern Tokyo area of Kitasenju. Its location offers access to 5 different train lines, including the Joban Line, which gives direct service to Tokyo Station. With many different universities scattered around the area and a fashionable shopping center nearby with shops such as LUMINE and Marui, there is a very lively atmosphere in the neighborhood. Another unique aspect is the old-town feel that Kitasenju sprinkles into its young and modern style. Walking from the station back to the sharehouse, you will notice many smaller street shops, known as "Sho-tengai." The sharehouse itself is tucked away in a calm residential area only a short 8-minute walk from Kitasenju station. You can get the best of both worlds with a young exciting town to explore during the day and a quiet, relaxing place to return home to at the end of the day. We offer 5 single rooms and 2 shared rooms to choose from, making for a total house capacity of 9 people. Nestled in the Ueno area, Machiya1 is located just 4-minutes by foot away from Machiya Station, providing access to the Keisei Line, Toden Arakawa Line, and the Chiyoda Line. Near the station, you can find a large supermarket as well as a drugstore, making all your daily needs easily accessible. The house is also located nearby to many different parks including Arakawa Natural Park where you can view the fall leaves as well as cherry blossoms during their respective seasons. A bit further on, you can reach Sumida River where you can take a run, walk or bike ride alongside natural scenery. The house offers 4 single rooms and 2 shared rooms for you to choose from and has a capacity of 8 people. The house community is known for being family-style and very welcoming. Borderless House Kugahara is located in a quiet residential area with a few stations within walking distance, the closest being Kugahara Station only 2-minutes away by foot. With such a beautiful and bright surrounding neighborhood, you may even find yourself preferring to travel by foot or bike rather than by train! Although the neighborhood provides a quiet haven away from the bustling town, you can also easily find yourself in the middle of active and exciting shopping centers around Kugahara Station. You can also enjoy a picnic, a walk, a run, or a bike ride near the Tama River which is located closeby to the house. The property itself has a gorgeous open concept with neutral white and oak colors. The rooms are all incredibly spacious and windows are designed to let in plenty of natural light. The house even has its own traditional Japanese pine tree! The natural and spacious feel of this area is a fresh breath of air for Tokyo, which is famous for its compact architecture and towering buildings. This share house has a big and relaxing living room and dining room! There’s a big enough shared balcony with a roof so you can dry your clothes even when it’s raining! There are 2 stations close by. Togoshi-Koen station on Tokyu-Oimachi Line and Togoshi station on Toei-Asakusa Line. Both stations are only within 10 minutes away from the share house so no worries even in a busy morning! Good access to go shopping since there is a big shopping street around Togoshi-Koen station with convenience store, food shop, bank, supermarket and so on. Two large shopping streets located near the house, Nakajuku Shopping Street and Happy Road Oyama Shopping Street, will provide you with a taste of the historical Edo times. Located in one of the back alleys, you can also relax in a traditional public bath. As the ward office is located directly adjacent to the nearest station, all administrative needs can be taken care of without needing to travel far. A bit further from the station and the ward office, you can enjoy around 1000 cherry blossom trees along the Shakuji River, blooming to a magnificent spectacle in the spring. With a maximum of 20 residents, ITABASHI-KUYAKUSHOMAE1 is one of the largest sharehouses that we have to offer. By living in such a large and vibrant house community you will always have housemates to interact with. Waseda is known as a university town. So, you can easily find used bookstores, reasonable diners, 'Izakaya' restaurants, and more! Every time you hang out the town, you can make a new discovery. Please enjoy a cup of coffee in a nice cozy cafe/stores, visiting a shrine/temple, or maybe relaxing in the park nearby. Waseda is also a very convenient place to live. Here Nakai share house is located in a great area with a nice shopping district,close to Shinjuku. There are small markets near the station and some grocery stores. You can buy some food and daily stuff there. Also a few minutes walk from the nearest station, Toei-Oedo line Nakai station, to the share house. It takes only 10 minutes to Shinjuku station. There are quite lots of poeple living together and having fun, but at the same time you have your own privacy in the share house.

Nihombashi is famous for a business district from a long time ago. Easy to access main stations, such as Akihabara and Ueno, and Tokyo station is in walkable distance from the share house. It is also located near Mitsukoshi and Takashimaya which are one of the oldest Japanese departments. Cozy and warm atmosphere. There is a communication board on the wall of the living room that makes the connection between each tenant. Share the opinion and have some fun time with it.

5 minutes to Shibuya by Denentoshi Line! Lots of cafes and restaurants for you and your housemates to enjoy together. It's also within walking distance to Shimokitazawa where you can find lots of vintage clothes, live houses, etc.

You can conveniently reach any place in Tokyo from here. And since the house is only a 30 minutes walk from Shibuya, you do not even have to worry about missing the last train. With so many private rooms, we especially recommend this house for individuals who need quiet time to study or work, but also want the option of rich daily interaction with their housemates. For even more interaction, BORDERLESS HOUSE Iidabashi houses are located nearby, and make for great house party friends! The nearby Kasuga station offers access to the Toei Mita Line as well as the Oedo Line. Also not too far from the house is Korakuen Station which provides access to 4 different lines, including the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and the Namboku Line. With so many transportation options, you will be able to reach almost all major stations throughout Tokyo with no problem. For example, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ikebukuro are all within 20 minutes by train. Korakuen & Kasuga is a town that has its own unique atmosphere depending on your location, specifically when comparing east vs. west Korakuen. The eastern side is a quiet residential area with many historic buildings and sights. The western side, where our Korakuen1 sharehouse is located, is in a bustling area with many shopping streets and restaurants. Tokyo Dome City is also within reach which gives you the opportunity to watch sports, attend concerts, go shopping, and even enjoy a day at the amusement park!
