いろいろな方々と出会い、さまざまなお話をしながら、考え方の幅を広げることができ、とても幸せでした。

The most impressive thing was the convenience of living in a sharehouse. It's easy to make friends and the location is near a station so transportation is easy and efficient.

職種や国籍含め本当に様々な人が生活するため、普通に生活していたら仲良くならないような人とも友達になることができました。また、さまざまな人の価値観に触れることで自分の今後の暮らし方を考えるきっかけとなりました。

If you are wanting to meet new people, exchange language and have fun, I highly recommend staying here! I'm so glad I tried this out.

Lovely vegetable garden, love the compost events and to cook with the vegetables of the garden all together.

家に帰ると人がいて挨拶を返してくれる、まるで実家のような雰囲気は、一人暮らしでは得られないことの一つだと思います。家族のようなハウスメイトとの繋がりがボーダレスハウスで過ごした1番素敵な宝物だと私は思っています。

If you’re coming to borderless house take the opportunity to talk to as many people as possible. This type of share house attracts a lot of interesting people, so make the most of it!

Getting to know people from all around the world taught me a lot about different cultures. Living with a large group of people also made me more conscious of the importance of taking care of shared spaces.

I'm a really shy person and was a bit nervous about the idea of living in a sharehouse and being around so many new people. But everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. If you have the opportunity to go out with your housemates, whether it's to have dinner or sing karaoke, definitely go do it, even if you're shy. I'll never forget all the fun memories I've made with everyone at Borderless Sendai. If I had chosen to live in a single apartment, I don't think I would have had as positive an experience.

It's definitely worth trying. This is the right place for you if you enjoy community life, parties, and have an outgoing personality!

いい距離感を見つけること、日常を楽しめる様になったこと

Most of the people at Sendai House right now have been living here for quite a long time, so you can really count on them to help you get started, whether it’s finding the important places to know nearby, sightseeing spots, or good restaurants. Everyone cooperates, which feels very nice and much more human. It also makes it easier to build a network of friends or even useful connections for your career, compared to bigger cities like Tokyo or Kyoto (I actually found my job thanks to the help of a housemate).

誰でも新しい環境や集団に入るときは、周りの人とまだ親しくないから、なかなか積極的に話しかけられないものです。でも、少し勇気を出して自分を開いてみると、新しい集団に自然と溶け込むことができて、その中での楽しさや喜びも見えてきます。 言葉の壁や文化の違いを気にしすぎずに、まずは一歩踏み出すことが大切だと思います。

Living at Borderless House was a great experience. All the tenants I know so far are really friendly and welcoming. I think if you are moving in to a Borderless House you should be open minded and interested in meeting new people. It is also always nice to be engaged in activities and also suggest some ideas. Because it was my first time in Japan it was very helpful for me to hear about the experiences from the tenants that are in Japan for a longer duration and get some tips from them.
