Please be sure to read the following notes before applying.

・For the safety and privacy protection of the current tenants, we limit the number of room viewings to one house per person.
・Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. If we receive other applications before yours, we will not be able to proceed with your request.
・After receiving your application, we will arrange a phone call or SKYPE session in order to confirm the details of your room viewing. It takes 20 minutes or so.
・We have a screening process prior to room viewing/move in. Your room viewing/reservation will be confirmed after the screening.

It takes about 1 hour for room-viewing.
It takes at least 2~3 business days to arrange the room-viewing or the move-in after receiving the application forms from the customers. (Please note that it depends on the room viewing or reservation status of other customers.)

Preferred type of viewing*

Due to consideration for current residents, there may be cases where room viewings inside the room are NOT possible. In such situations, please understand that viewings will be limited to shared spaces only.
Please note, we are only able to arrange the room viewing for those who are currently in Japan, regardless room viewing in person or online room viewing.
The online room viewing will be conducted via Zoom with our staff on the spot.

*Our system is first-come-first-served. So if any other person apply to the room before you, he or she will get the room.
If you wish to move into one of our Borderless Houses after room-viewing, please send us a filled-out reservation form for that room. Upon receipt of your reservation form, we would carry out the inner screening process. As a result of the screening, please understand that there are some cases that we would not allow your moving-in. We do not disclose our screening criteria.
