Yes! We offer photos, videos, and you can also book a viewing.
- Q4. How long can I stay?
From 1 month to a few years — it's up to you!

- Q5. What are the move-in fees?
Key Money: ¥30,000 (non-refundable)
Deposit: ¥20,000 (partially refundable)
First month’s rent & utilities
Optional Bedding Rental Set: ¥9,000 (7-item set) - Q6. What’s “key money”?
It’s a one-time fee paid at move-in — a common practice in Japan called reikin.

Yes! Half of our housemates are Japanese. You’ll make friends naturally.

Yes! Dinners, language nights, seasonal events — or start your own!

Mainly English or Japanese. Many love language exchange.
- Q12. Can I receive packages?
Yes! Deliveries come to the house or nearby convenience stores.
