● The discount is valid at all Borderless House locations in Japan.
● For staying at a Borderless House outside Japan, discount amounts differ, so feel free to contact the local team for details.
Please read the following carefully before submitting the move-out application form:
●Please submit your application at least 30 days before your desired move-out date.
●You will be charged prorated rent and utility fees for a minimum of 30 days from the date of application (or up to your move-out date if it is more than 30 days away).
●We will contact you with detailed move-out information within 3 business days after receiving your application.

Please note that during the winter holiday period (December 31st, 2025 ~ January 4th, 2026), we will be unable to respond to inquiries or arrange room viewings. All inquiries received during this time will be addressed starting January 5th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
