    (DEPOSIT IS INCLUDED)

    All you need to pay for the initial fee is only 50,000 yen, and 10,000 yen / 15,000 yen of deposit will be refunded on your move-out day, depends on the length of your stay. (To get more information, please send us an inquiry or see FAQ for details)

  • FULLY EQUIPPED AND FURNISHED

    Since our houses are already fully equipped and furnished at the time of your move-in, you will not need to purchase furniture etc. You can relax and start your life in Tokyo from the day you arrive in Japan!

Together with my roommate, we went for Borderless House Homestay in Kyoto and had a great time there! I spent awesome time with housemtates every day, like going to see Cherry blossoms in spring and going on picnic to Yoyogi Park on weekend! These 2 years were precious memories for me!

(Please note that we receive move-out notices from current residents up to 1 month before their move-out date, so if you are considering moving in more than 2 months in advance, it may be difficult for us to provide room suggestions immediately.)
